1. Members will be entitled to full residential rights for an initial period of 20 years and renewable for a further period of 20 years on mutual consent.
2. Members are free to surrender their rights at any time.
3. Members are free to nominate any person in blood relation to enjoy the rights of residence, after their time, subject to such nominee meeting the age criteria for eligibility, with the approval of the Management of TULSI.
4. TULSI retains the right to accept or reject application without assigning any reason.
5. Residents who do not reside for more than 6 months at a stretch are likely to be asked to vacate their House to make way for Senior Citizens who are in dire need of such residence.
6. Residents who go out for 3 months or more, either to be with their family or for other purposes, can offer their house for use by short term visitors on payment of rent. 25% of such rent collected will accrue to TULSI, after deducting Monthly Maintenance and Canteen Fees.
7. Electricity and Water Charges for Houses are payable by individual residents on presentation of bills.
8. Management of the property and all facilities rests with TULSI and decision of the TULSI management on all matters relating to the residential facility will be final and binding on all residents.
9. All repairs to any electrical, civil or plumbing works will be carried out by TULSI in-house housekeeping staff. To facilitate smooth functioning, residents are requested to lodge their complaints in the complaints section at the office of TULSI.
10. Residents will not be allowed to make any structural changes or repairs to the House without the prior written permission of TULSI management.
11. Residents are prohibited from engaging outside service providers for attending to Civil, Electrical and Plumbing works.

Conditions for refund of Security Deposit

1. Any resident can choose to surrender his rights of residence only after the initial lock-in period of 2 years has lapsed.
2. The lock-in period is calculated from the date of taking possession.
3. Residents who surrender their rights of residence before the expiry of 2 years lock-in period will receive their Deposit only after the expiry of the 3 years lock-in period.
4. Residents who wish to surrender their rights of residence after the expiry of the 2 years lock-in period, will receive the entire sum they have Deposited. Refund will be disbursed within 90 days of receipt of written notice from resident communicating his/her intention to surrender their rights to residence.
5. Any amount outstanding to the account of the resident will be adjusted from the refund amount.
6. A resident nominating a blood relation to enjoy the rights of residence should transfer the rights to the One Time Deposit to the nominee and indemnify TULSI against any claim either by the Resident or his/her legal heirs.
